Samen met ISB en Universiteit Gent (Prof. Dr. Annick Willem, professor sportmanagement) bestaat al langer het plan om een grootschalig publieksonderzoek te organiseren voor alle Vlaamse zwembaden. Deze moet ervoor zorgen om de zwemmer uitgebreid te bevragen over alle aspecten van hun ervaringen in en rond het zwembad. Deze zal als nulmeting dienen en de komende jaren dienen als een tool ter ondersteuning van beleid, vorming, ...
Omdat het zo'n atypische periode is, wordt een uitgebreid publieksonderzoek pas later georganiseerd wanneer Corona het toelaat. Omdat het echter nu tijd voor actie is in het kader van corona, wordt dit onderzoek nu al aangeboden en wordt er een gratis bijkomende coronameting op korte termijn (juni) over de impact van corona op uw zwembad en bezoekers aan gekoppeld voor alle deelnemende zwembaden. Het onderzoek bestaat dus uit twee delen:

Grootschalig publieksonderzoek bij uw bezoekers, afhakers en niet-bezoekers - meetmoment in maart 2022

Together with ISB and Ghent University (Prof. Dr. Annick Willem, professor of sports management), the plan has existed for some time to organise a large-scale public survey for all Flemish swimming pools. This should allow for extensive questioning of the swimmer on all aspects of their experiences in and around the swimming pool. This will serve as a baseline measurement and in the coming years as a tool to support policy, training, ...
Because it is such an atypical period, an extensive public survey will only be organised later, when Corona allows it. However, because it is now time for action in the context of Corona, this survey is already being offered and an additional corona measurement in the short term (June) about the impact of Corona on your swimming pool and visitors is being coupled to it for all participating swimming pools. The survey therefore consists of two parts:
Impact of corona on your pool: how to respond in the short term to the expectations and concerns of your own visitors and dropouts? - measuring moment starts in June 2021
Large-scale public survey of your visitors, dropouts and non-visitors - measuring moment in March 2022
